It's been a while since the last podcast but we're up and running with them again. In this episode, we look at how to stay motivated with pcos as well as being consistent with our PCOS lifestyles. We do tend to be yo-yo dieters but it is so important that we stick with it. It will help us manage our symptoms now and help our long term health.
